Website content, WhatsApp guidance, measurement charts, and product information are provided for general understanding and are not a medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or replacement for professional clinical advice.

Customer Responsibility

Customers should provide accurate information, measurements, photos, videos, and safety concerns where requested. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect product suitability, fitting, comfort, or safety.

Custom and Configured Solutions

Some solutions require measurement, configuration, fabrication, installation, fitting, and follow-up adjustment. Final fitting and adjustment may be required after delivery or setup.

Payments and Deposits

Advance or deposit payments may be used to begin procurement, customization, or manufacturing. Work may begin only after confirmation of the required advance or agreed payment stage.

Communication

RehabMart may communicate through WhatsApp, phone call, email, or in-person coordination where appropriate. Customer data may be shared through WhatsApp for assessment communication when the customer chooses that channel.

RehabMart aims to guide safe and suitable selection, but no product should be used in a way that exceeds its intended purpose or without proper fitting, supervision, or assessment where required.
